Refund policy

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, here’s how we’ll make it better.

We offer free exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Returns are also accepted within 30 days of delivery at no cost.

You can request a return or exchange directly from our website by selecting the appropriate reason.

Eligibility & Conditions (Returns & Exchanges)

Items are allowed for try-on only, to check size and fit, and must not be worn beyond that. 

Please don’t wash them, and return them with the original tags attached.

Damaged / Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we’ll replace it or refund you at no cost. Please let us know as soon as you notice, so we can sort it out faster. 

Upload clear photos of the issue when raising the request.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and check the returned item, to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via UPI to the customer.
